Hi Michele, be careful as placing extremely hot cookware directly on a cold glass stovetop can cause thermal shock and potentially crack the cooktop. It has happened to me and that is an expensive repair
Oh it’s happened to me too it’s horrible. My stove was older so the cost of repair wasn’t worth it. I ended up having to purchase a new one. Much kindness to everyone ❤

Yes i put the sauce in the cooked meat in the wok and tossed it around a few times with the burner on.
