On the weekend (Saturday) leading up to Halloween in Boston there tends to be multiple Halloween bar crawls downtown which is why you're seeing so many dressed up people even though it isn't Halloween night.

I love to cosplay both on Halloween and convention at Massachusetts. Cosplaying is so fun. I usually meet a lots of celebrities at a convention such as Fan Expo Boston.
