If in fact I already did it, in this case it tells me to press and hold up but it just doesn't come out. No matter how much you press it, it doesn't come out as well as the grip that makes one turn with the 4 keys. But it still won't let me do it, I don't know what I need to do or what I should do to make it work.

Highlight the brutality and use advanced view. Tells you on the bottom right
