I cried like a baby, life is so short and we lose so many everyday, I’ve lost so many old and young it breaks ur heart. I understand ren, I go through severe anxiety (per my doctor also holistic) and severe depression past down by previous generations and previous experiences, I’m extremely emotional but not bipolar just cry a lot… a mess of chaos but u would never see it my husbands the only one. I have never found an artist I feel and understand so thoroughly previously I found my emotions in rap trying to build myself up to be more confident and to mask my moods in front of my kids but this is so different it just touches the right nerves to make me feel EVERYTHING I should feel. It doesn’t matter how bad ur situation is u find a way to make it better either by building urself up better or making another smile and laugh and u can feel comfort in that, ren ur amazing thank u for helping me to feel everything locked up I needed this. I understand music is therapy because I find therapy in my reaction channels. Just knowing I’m not alone helps so much. As terrible as it is of me seeing someone feel my emotions REALLY helps. I love this song but I have to ne careful listening to it too many times as I lost my husband to su!c!de, we just had our second child a boy, everythinf he wanted, yet there was still something in him that I didn't feel worthy of the life he had. (As he said in his goodbye video) He took his life when our youngest was just 5 months old and our daughter was 4 years old. I became a widow at 28 years old. Something no one ever imagines is going to happen, especially when your partner was always laughing and seemed so happy. I will never truly understand why and just like Ren says "I still can't find the anger all I find is missing you" such a real and raw honest sentiment ❤
We all now need to follow his example and pay it forward... For everything he opens up within ourselves we have to do him proud and do the same for others. We are all connected through our emotions... Stop the shame in expressing them Thank you for being part of that. These conversations will save lives ❤
