can you do an interactive video , for instance - ' the reality of a runner / pro runner '... discuss like how much it costs , sponsors , great brand deals etc. I'm really intrigued abt how much time & effort you invest in being a runner .

I miss the 2021 PSRC days, you carting everything in a wheelbarrow bike or a van from southwark to Battersea and greeting everyone and leading the run, even one time you had just landed from abroad and came straight from the airport just to lead the warm up!
