6 side EPS packaging machine inevitably has safety hazards during actual production. We will have some protective measures for this. The purpose is to protect the personal safety of operator in actual production.
*Open the door and cut off the power*
Door opening circuit breaker, power off when door opened, ensuring safe operation.
*Grating*
as known as Safety Barrier: In 6 side EPS packaging machine, gratings are installed as protective barriers. It help prevent accidental contact with moving parts, Gratings can shield operators from hazards while allowing visibility and access when necessary.
*Door Power-Off Device*
There is a magnetic sensor on the top of the door on the side of the machine. If the door is open, the program will determine it as a work anomaly and immediately stop the machine.
