Andrew has his own money..he's got enough to live comfortably for the rest of his life.He has already been stripped of his public positions and he can't lose his Prince title.I suspect there's not much else Charles can do...The Queen will make sure he retains a royal residence somewhere and will inherit more money when she goes.He will be in exile from Royal duties but he can still continue to live his life away from the RF.

So he has no obligation to assist .

As an American, I would take The Greatest Care when offered an “interview” with American prosecutors. Even if one is absolutely innocent. Maybe especially if one is innocent when the case is high profile. In Britain, you have a sanitized view of American jurisprudence. The American system is very powerful. Perhaps one would say overly powerful. All that said, I do suspect Pr. Andrew is not innocent.
