I got a PlayStation 5 last year of October 2023 from Best Buy as a Birthday gift/ Christmas gift for myself and I love the console so much couldn't believe how huge it is when I took it out the box I do have the original OG PlayStation 5 not the slim but congratulations on finally getting a PlayStation 5

Hey, has anyone els have this happen? Where right after updating the controller on the very first set up of this ps5 slim it gets stuck on the screen just endlessly loading and you have to manually reset the ps5 to complete the setup? This has happened to me two times in a row with two different ps5 slims.
