This a very simple signal flow graph in terms of number of loops, for the 2nd forward path doesn't end at a start of a negative feedback loop, but I learned a lot, thanks for being so clean and steady.

why is did,you multiply (L1L2) instead of adding the two non-touching loops (L1+L2)..?
moving from input to output is it mandatory to consider first x1 then x2 ? what happens if we consider x2' x2 x1' x1.
