Context of this animatic: Vegetta and Quakity go to Rubius's house. Vegetta was trying to trade with a tomb guardian that Rubius has so he trapped him in stone while that Quackity eat and cursed apple that killed all the pets of Rubius so he get angry and make them leave but Vegetta said he wans't going to leave him because thats what friend do unlike Quackity who run after that, Rubius ignore him so he start singing a song abou Rubius being a crybaby making the sound "mua mua mua" What they refer to here as they say goodbye

Siento que el de Juan y Rubius hasta eso es fueron algo forzados por el Lore de Tortilla pero eso no quita que la boda y el drama estuvo interesante
