I loved the bit when Robbo got stuck into Des Kelly. Always thought he (Des) was a slimeball.
He is a proper slime ball. Used to see him leaving the ground when TNT was BT and he was so up himself. Klopp hated him.

Did y'know that, since the beginning of the 2019 season, we've played MORE games with a 12.30 k/o than we have with 3.00 ones?!! A disturbing amount of those have also been away from home as well.

NB that’s Andrew Beasley’s stat that you’re fobbing off as your own.
It's because we've been the most watched team for a number of years. There's heaps of reds fans around the world that benefit from the 12:30 kick off time, it means Asia and Oceania can watch at a reasonable time at night while Americans can watch when they get up in the morning on the weekend.
It's not really fair that Liverpool are punished for their own popularity but it's not bias either.

I've started watching Reds games with the sound down and Redmen TV commentary on. Because of this I had no idea there was a penalty check and that 'Fletch' was banging on about it until they put a message on the screen!
I'd highly recommend this method of watching the Reds!

Love that Gareth can remember Paisley's slippers but has never seen a hub cap. I was born in the 50s in the garage on Durning Road and have been a petrolhead all my life. AND I have never heard of anyone having their hub caps stolen. Fall off, yeah. Even stolen wheels were rare. Back then you just needed a penknife to steal a whole car.
As far as 12:30 kickoffs go, if it's difficult, and we're playing twice as may as other clubs, then as specialists it should work to our advantage. Opponents should be even more worried meeting us at 12:30.
I'm not gonna get a bag on over winning 9/10. This new guy will do for me . The only thing I didn't like was when he was telling the world about his tactics post match. Top poker players don't explain their thought processes to the table. Showing off doesn't help. Gob shut, let em speculate. I'm on board with the title charge. Great show again. Thanks

Exactly. This is a testing set of games to come, but lets enjoy it, there is nobody to fear in any of those games.

City are nowhere near as big a squad as they used to be ,
Slot is not affect by any of the Klopp season's

as you said dropping points to the lower table teams has in the past ben our achilles heal. On the penalty, if they gave those there would be a penalty for every corner and set piece
Am hearing our fans saying we drew too many of these same fixtures last season or the fella in the comments saying we wouldn't have taken this many points from that run of games. We actually also won 8/9 games in the same fixtures, the only difference was we lost to MU away but beat Forest at home. The true tests are to come.

Watching stuff from yourselves, TAW and Redmen etc... this last couple of days it is nice that we are top of the league, but every time I can't help but chuckle when it gets mentioned that United are shite and 14th in the table. I know we're only 7 games in but it is rather funny and hopefully long may it continue.

Probably the toughest ride has been Ipswich and Wolverhampton and top 6 probably the toughest ride has been Arse, Liverpool midum and the next 2 weeks after the international break will be season definely.
Previous years "doesn't matter where they are in the league man United vs Liverpool is the biggest game, old Trafford is the biggest test for Liverpool when they go there the whole stadium lifts" .. this year "you've only played a poor man United team"... Before the season "who would want the Liverpool job it's a poisoned chalice, look at when fergy left and wenger nobody wants to take it on after a legend of the club departs" after the season kicks off " well he inherited a great squad full of world class players, any one would love to inherit a squad like that.. jurgen has made it so much easier for slot"....

the league is decided from late feb with the last 10 "championship games". as long as you're in with a chance then and go on a 10 game winning run, you're champions. before that, it's all meh.
