Hi, I'm a native German and want to put right some statements that are not quite correct in the video. First: All the cases you listed are infringements, not crimes. In some you may get to pay a fine, but usually not even that.
Trash Seperation: It's little effort to have different bins at home, using the respective one when discarding something. I'm separating metal/plastic, organic waste, paper, glass and residual waste, but I could put everything into the bin for residual waste. My neighbours would not be happy if I did so though, because only the rest bin costs a monthly fee which is divided equally among all residents and depends on how much waste is produced, but an infringement may only happen if you put organic waste into the "Gelber Sack" for example
Middle lane on the autobahn: Yes, you're not supposed to use middle and left lane on the autobahn if you don't need to, mainly to not block them and keep traffic fluent even if there is much of it
Pillow fights: Never heard about them being illegal and Germans do and enjoy them as much as any other. But of course you may be held responsible if someone gets severely hurt at it
Noise between 10pm and 6am: At this time a house is supposed to be quiet enough to have sleep, so if someone can't because it's too loud, they might call the police, yes. But usually the policemen only urge to lower the volume, without further consequences
Public Transport: The ticket fees finance the transport facilities themselves, but they don't suffice, so cities have to put additional public money into there

      @@Ms_Alari You're welcome 🙂
I thought about the term "Schwarzfahrer" too. I think its origin lies in "black" and "white" being synonyms for "darkness" and "light", "good" and "bad", "legal" and "illegal" and there is no racism intended. But maybe it's a term that should be avoided.
