I’m always struck by the writing, or relatable situations in these sketches, but today that changed. While those continue to be on point, today it is about something more. For me, it’s Arms’ and Hog’s reactions that MAKE this sketch. I laughed the hardest at their horror and awe at the Actor’s power. Foil is, of course, very on point as well. Such power!! And the fact they address him as Actor slays me for some reason.

Almost choked on my drink at Hog's 'Never be afraid of a silence' line. Whole sketch is brilliant. I have been looking forward to this all day. Am telling everyone who will listen about Foil, Arms and Hog. Brilliant!

I always have to watch back to look at Arms because I always end up staring at Foil in outros. Especially in this one. He opened my long lost love for blonde men. xD Also, when not in character, Hoggy. He's just such a sweetie.
The tree and swooshing! I’ve had to replay that portion 10 times at least. So silly but your clever writing, serious acting and dead on atmosphere make it so,so brilliantly funny!

Oh the tree brings back some old memories 💚 I got the part of a pine-tree in a Christmas school play (I wore a pointy hat & a layered green cloak) but I couldn't stand still so I would swing my arms around, do spins and squats during a particularily serious song. The audience later said that the pointy hat girl's "green batman" impression saved the play. Good times.

I very very much enjoyed this ! I always pretend I laugh out loud but truth be told I lie about that all the time ... until now ( it was the bit where he claimed he was a tree) it just got me 😂. The floating head, the dirty glass, grey hair on Hog, the sound effects and music ... Everything! I also get Star Trek vibes from this strangely ... some episode from the recess of my brain. Really good sketch 👍 I appreciate how hard the camera angles must have been. This is going down as a classic in my book.
I was today years old when I learned that this sketch was originally written for the stage. That explains a lot honestly. It's so utterly brilliant and original, of course it's going to make the set list! I'm not sure how you'd make this better or even as good live, but I trust you guys completely when it comes to quality comedy. The outro is.... I very very much enjoyed this ! I always pretend I laugh out loud but truth be told I lie about that all the time ... until now ( it was the bit where he claimed he was a tree) it just got me 😂. The floating head, the dirty glass, grey hair on Hog, the sound effects and music ... Everything! I also get Star Trek vibes from this strangely ... some episode from the recess of my brain. Really good sketch 👍 I appreciate how hard the camera angles must have been. This is going down as a classic in my book.
I was today years old when I learned that this sketch was originally written for the stage.
That explains a lot honestly. It's so utterly brilliant and original, of course it's going to make the set list!
I'm not sure how you'd make this better or even as good live, but I trust you guys completely when it comes to quality comedy.
