Sorry but I disagree to your approach on the training schedule. Try a few seasons with my schedule and see what you think. This achieved best result for and attacking tactic with short passing. Run LB, RB, CB and DCM under Defence: Fitness - Intensive Tactics - Intensive Shooting - low Skills - medium Cm, Lm, Rm Fitness - intensive Tactics - medium Shooting - medium Skills - medium Att midfield and striker/forwards Fitness - intesive Tactics - medium Shooting - intensive Skills - medium (forwards can take the extra workload for some reason) Give it a go and see what you think. Best to try it on good coaching teams like man u or roma 👍
If you look at Steve Suttons attributes, he has 15 for GK training. Ideally what you want to do is, collectively amongst your coaches, have those attributes reach at least 50. So if you had 3 coaches, coaching goal keepers, you'd want their GK attributes to total 50, or as close as possible. So Steve Sutton is on 15, you need another 2 coaches with at least 35 between them all coaching goal keepers. 50 is the limit, there's no extra benefits to going above 50...

@@TGRThatsGamingRobo It's the same with "Tactics" aswell, "Skills" and "Shooting" are covered by training outfield players and ideally you want a coach who's style is "Fitness Based" for fitness training. In all honesty, I don't think any of this makes a massive difference. If you've found something that works for you then you should definitely stick with it mate!!

But yet my brain tells me to get the higher attributed coaches!! Even under perfect conditions I think the maximum you can improve a player is only 1.9% per season so I don't always bother doing things efficiently anyway...
I liked yout vision. Still... was expecting to see your view on the attributes, on the overview window (it appears upgrades on green and downgrades on red) I prefered way to train is to do this - the super training: I put at the beginning of the season, when they all come to 100%, all of them on a training with everything on "intensive". Then, you will see some of the players never getting downgrading on the 90's physical condition... Those ones, i put them in a different training with medium on fitness and medium on sooting - general training. It might work well, it works for me. The players who play more, might need being put some time "on super training" and some time on general training, as they need.

For youth under 21 that are not going to be used or left in the reserves to get better I put everything on intensive bar goalkeeping for outfield.

How do you switch players from general training to Defenders training
You have to drag them into the relevant box. People will likely be in general. Just drag them to your defender / mid or striker box
Hey pal, these training regimens make sense irl but in game they aren't the most effective training to do.
