Its so different I feel working at the call center. You can literally wear your pj's if you want to (which I prefer not to). They want you to be happy an comfortable, so you will be happy and in a good mood when helping our customers. Urban is the best job I've ever had. Amazing insurance, and they care so much about their employees. It's nice to feel like your not just another cog in the machine but that your actually appreciated. If I didn't want to be a police officer so bad, I would probably stay here forever!!!

I went for the interview last week to UO and felt amazing after the interview, the managers, the staff, and the people who are there for interview are so nice, welcoming, and open-minded. But i just got an email last Monday, they told me that they have filled their open roles but they said my experience and skills were impressive. I'm feeling very sad and upset i didn't get the job, I'm feeling this way because as a college graduate and still applying and looking for full-time jobs to fit my art degree and it looks like there ins't more of them in my state so I either have to move to a city that really fonds with the arts. So i was feeling down about it and so i step up my game to find a part-time and ideally i wanted to start this off by finding an internship and get a part-time and my ideal store to do a part time is UO because not only about fashion but I really love the environment there, the welcoming, diversity, accepting, and the kind of place where i can express my true colors and the staff members were treating one another like a family. UO is a place I really to want to work at, so rn I'm feeling very upset about :(
I got hired on but I'm waiting for my schedule which is takin forever it seems like just because all my managers are in Seattle training. Hopefully I get it this week because I start the 11th 🙏🏾
Hello I got an email from them saying I got an inteview in the store but it doesn't say group interview. Usually people say they always have group interviews. So I was wondering did they say group interview in the email or just interview itself ? Sorry if that didn't make sense

Or were you drawing you picture on camera?? I have to do the video and Im wondering do I get all dolled up for it because Ill be recorded orrr??? haha thanks for this vid tho!! its really helpful.
Holland Alexandra It's all recorded through webcam on the website called HireVue. So the website asks your questions and it records your answering them. You also have to draw the picture while being recorded! You can't go back and redo the videos. I would say make sure you look nice but also make sure you reflect who you are with how you look! They want to hire you for you! :) Good luck!

autumnswinter not sure if you figured this out yet, but the answer is YES you will get a link sent to you to complete the video interview. If you didn't get one but your application status says to complete it, double check that your email was entered correctly on the URBN website.
