It’s is not your job to determine who will stop watching that video just because it’s longer. I would have loved to watch all 30 minutes of that video even if I did have to go back to work I would still watch it afterwards. Fast and flash content will be leaving soon and I can’t wait.

there will be a point where you'll have to find someone to help you even if it means taking a little less. Use that extra time back to find higher paying jobs and try to lock in retainers. You're only as strong as your teams and the systems you have in place. At first it'll be tough and you'll feel like you're giving away money. Try it out first with gigs you don't enjoy a ton and branch out from there
