If time possible exists 2 things regardless of how many years in the future it was achieved, one surely we'd know about this now through the time travellers 2 time travel is hidden from us. Let me know if you have any alternative theory's going down this line of thought. I believe in time travel the possibility on because I believe because I believe in Jesus closer to truth 😂😂😂❤🎉
I am so thankful for this video. Before this video I didn't understand time travel, and now after watching this video, I still don't understand time travel.
As this will always be true for all humans, even those who believe they do understand it, humans at least will never attain time travel, to the past. Other species? Who knows?
I find these documentaries fascinating. I don't regret a minute of them. There's so much we don't yet understand, and just learning about the possibilities fills me with awe.
As someone who reminisces in the past quite frequently, I would love to revisit the past back to when I was a lot younger, but refrain from making contact and just hide away. Just so I could see myself being happy and content as a teenager where the stresses of the adult life and responsibilities were gone. Also to see my beloved loved ones who aren't in this world anymore.
Well I was born in 1984 and it seems like I traveled from 1984 to 2020 which is 36 years and all the way back to 1984 (Orwell) which makes 72 years, but 1984 was written in 1948 so add 36 years makes 108 years and back forward to 2021 makes 181 years.... And now we are still supposed to "Build Back Better??". Wtf, humanity stood still or what? No we can't travel in time at all, we're not even moving forward a second this way. Suppose that's what Einstein meant with his Relativity Theory. 🙄🤨
My Dear Child there are many different forms of time traveling. First we must be Clear- what is Time travel? - 2- it's a HUGE responsibility time traveling so are you READY??? 3- AND before having this super power you MUST KNOW WHO YOU ARE- what are your beliefs? Whose side are you on?.
This is a perfect example of genitive thought! If for example i traveled in time and killed my grandmother. It would create a parallel time dimension. This not possible as it would go against the laws of physics! Energy and matter a not gained or lost. They are simply transferred. Meaning both parallel dimensions will lose matter and energy and both will cease to exist!
Time travel is not possible because only now ever exists. There are no past nows the are over and gone There are no future nows the do not exist yet Only the current now exists as an ever expanding consciousness of memories we have NOW in hopes we have NOW for better future NOWS. Please TRY to connect the dots…. Even the bible got it right FAITH in memories of past NOWS HOPE for better future NOWS created NOW after NOW after NOW because life is a process of creating this ever expanding now we call life.
It took me a long time to wrap my head around the idea that everything that has happened, is happening and will happen is happening at the same time. In other words, that time is a singular point within the fabric of space -- one that we all experience relatively. It's like an island that looks to someone in a ship like a speck on the horizon. The island is in their future. But to the person on the island, it is their present. The island hasn't changed -- only the way the two people experience it.
Love your example rob. Once you pass the island it becomes the past. But if there’s an infinite number of dimensions all of which have differing actions and reactions what’s to say that time travel is more of a jump from one scenario to another, each one having a different level of advancement
What is hard to comprehend? The past does not exist anymore The future does not exist yet Only now has ever existed Now after now after now We do not exist physically We are not physical we are atoms which are subatomic electromagnetic energy waves that our consciousness creates an imagined existence. I think… therefore I exist…. Everything else is just a product of MY thoughts … my consciousness creates all that I believe exists…. We are a singularity that creates this story like a writer creates a fictional story.. then we add imagined colours and sounds and thoughts… Angstroms ? Sights vibrating energy Decibels ? Sounds vibrating energy Thoughts ? Firing synapses vibrating energy Everything you imagine exists is just an expression of our consciousness… As a bored lonely singularity “I AM” I created an imagined universe to give my existence meaning and purpose which is to make my existence as enjoyable as possible.
@@agodfortheatheistnow That's about a bleary way to think of things. It could explain why this universe is so crazy, i.e. every human has his/her own creations/manifestations of what the world is around him/her. No wonder there is chaos.
Actually no. They’re explaining based on their mainstream 3 dimensional way of thinking education. If you really want to learn like Nicola Tesla said, if you want to learn the secrets of the universe, think of energy, frequency and vibration
@@alphabeets ah. The amount of lives that would/could have been different if only we had the courage to inform our childhood crush how we felt! Beverly could be my wife now!
@@grandtheftmanualv945 I feel you on that. There was this one gal I knew back in 2001 when I was in high school. Had dreams about her at least a year before I even knew who she was. She was from out of state. Long story nothing came of it. Regret is one of those things that leaves a lasting mark.
Maybe going back in time is like watching a home video. You can only watch events but can’t communicate with anyone. You’d be invisible to people from the past. That would solve the whole Grandfather argument!
I'm sure I a saw a video years ago where Michio Kaku rejects time travel saying it was impossible. Hmm has he jumped on the band wagon for more air time or are we closer to finding out that it can be done .......
When going back in time, you automatically are put in a parallel universe, where any changes you make, won't affect this universe. I thought that was very interesting.
Let’s just labour the assumption, for one minute, that time traveling does exist in the near or far future from now. How come nobody came back from the future to confirm us that time traveling is actually possible, in our present? Thank you for this magnificent presentation. Johnny, Montréal, Canada 🇨🇦
The idea of trampoline could be interpreted as there is a point when it cannot be stretched any longer. However, that point is relative based on the oldest age of human life in that civilization. To lengthen that point, series of time travel should be made and somehow that point is not reach our age yet.
My bf walked out the door one morning and never came home. He was killed in a car wreck on his way to work that morning. I would like to go back and stop him from leaving. Hug him longer, turn off his alarm, anything... to make him just 5 mins later and he would have, perhaps, not crashed. But then i think if its not him it would be someone else. Someone else would have died and left behind people who loved them. So... ive been through the experience, ive been through the pain and I wouldnt wish it upon anyone else. So as much as I wish I could go back to change that moment, I wouldn't. It was 15 years ago and im a much diffrent person now, than i was back then. I hope that made some sort of sense lol I am so sorry for the loss of your mother 🙏💗
What I appreciate most about those who dedicated their lives to science and discovery is they only ever say "I believe this is how it works" instead of "I know this is how it works". I think this is the best way to view the world as it leaves yourself open to differing opinions and allows for further progress to be made instead of being steadfast or rigid in a particular way of thinking.
This is so true. It's always the lesser personality types that assert "I KNOW how this works" And these are always people who want to control other people. If I could give your comment a thousand thumbs up i would.
I used to think that. But one day I woke up 7 years in the past. Unfortunately so did my memories of the future so it doesn’t do much and is indistinguishable from delusion
In relation to what? What moves faster than you in time? If we are travelling at the same rate how do you know it's slow? What understands the comparatice movement of time? Consciousness. Sleep is time travel.
I find the premise that you cannot change the past because "something" would stop you is pretty daft. Which is what Michio states in this episode more or less, I prefer by far the way Back to the Future 2 describes what happens and with quantum mechanics it's beginning to look like it's far more plausible.
As with most important human discoveries, I believe time-travel is most likely to be discovered by accident, while researching into something else entirely. Then scientists will be hitting themselves over the head going: *_"Why didn't I think of that?!!_*
But if your travel to the future is a success and you wish to get back to your start point wouldnt that be travelling to the past thus making travelling to the past possible. Or are you saying that once you travel to the future your stuck there
@@AcEoFtHaChAsE travelling at the speed of light or hanging around a place of extreme gravity such as near a black hole will slow down time for you . The longer you're there the greater the affect. In what is two days for you a thousand years could pass outside of that time dilation. Then you travel back to earth and see whats going on in the year 3022. Although everyone and most things you knew will be gone
@@errolprice9654 traveling at the speed of light will not thrust you into the future, it will only take you the time light will travel to that point in space. time is not a element that can be manipulated. am not saying time can't be different in space. time is gradient in space, 5 minutes could = 5 hours. we calculate speed of light on the distance it travels over time.
I tried testing time travel once in third grade by putting an alarm clock everyday to remind me to go back to my past self and give me something cool like a hoverboard. Kind of like that Rick and Morty episode where Rick can have his future self do all the work by just setting the intention. Anyways I still don’t have a hover board 15 years later but I think that if time travel existed, it would only be available to the most powerful nation’s government and would be heavily restricted and regulated. I think that in the future, if someone tried to create a time machine illegally, there would also be “time police/agents” kind of like the matrix that track and enforce people illegally traveling through time
"Time travel" has indeed been proven, just not with humans, but with 'particles' at particle accelerators. When accelerated to a high percentage of the speed of light, certain particles experience a "slower passage of time" compared to their surroundings, and it has been documented. This has the net effect of these particles traveling "to the future", albeit at a very very small scale in these experiments.
If this is case would there be a gradual change in time or time gradient or is there a big stack of time folded up somewhere or is it irrelevant. Perhaps more gravity less time, less gravity more time perhaps time and gravity are opposite
Well if you are referring to our sun and its longevity, one Day it will burn out! That means we will have a good warning and know when it’s time to leave our planet and hopefully colonize others! We could not even go back and Visit as the Earth will be gone! If the New Earth inhabitants found away to go back in time, obviously They could program that time machine to only go back to pre Sun’s explosion! On the other hand if the Sun goes so does the entire Universe and then some! Wonder what Laws that affects? Sorry I’m not a scientist but Love these Topics!
I can wrap my head around if you travelled forward in time due to time dilation because I don’t see any paradoxes created by that. I think travelling back in time to change the past would be useless because you aren’t changing the past in the universe you are from but creating another one where the events you wished to change never happened.
Time travel definitely is possible, but only in one direction-to the future. The rate at which we can travel into the future is variable, depending on our velocity.
There is no future it’s not created yet There is no past it’s I’ve doesn’t exist anymore There is only Now after now after now.. the thee remain FAITH in memories of a past that does not exist anymore HOPE for a future that does not exist yet and LOVE we need to use NOW after now after now to keep creating a more enjoyable existence.

What I wonder is if you warp spacetime, what happens to the worlds and or individuals that live in the region of spacetime that you warped to travel back in time. If a person was on one of these worlds would they notice their spacetime being curved or warped?

Something that was not discussed is one's dreams. I and likely others have had many experiences with family members long dead in a setting in the past (at least the past I recall) and some of these dreams seem quite real. Being able to control one's dreams to leap back into time when desired, with whom and where is a bit more difficult. And, although less frequent I have had dreams carrying me into the future as well, or I presumed it to be the future. This is a different take on the common thought of time travel, but can seem that way to someone who is in that state of a dream.
A truly Brilliant documentary, I'm telling you...all the mistakes I've made, all the bridges I've burned and people I've hurt...I'd love to go back in time and change so many things...😥
@@TookerCreations it's still time travel....you was there before it really happened...or you just transferred your consciousness to that future realm...either way it's still "time travel "
@G.A.P. trick of the mind ?? Okay so how I remember the dream?....it's not like I had a "feeling of dejavu"....another one is remembering the moments...like me riding through miami in my motorcycle....with girl in the back seat and all.....I remembered that dream....and live the moment....it's actually very revealing, specially that specific event..
Fred Alen Wolf is onto something, I think one of the things holding us back is outlying the ‘mysticism’ of time traveling. It’s already spaceless & timeless
No. Time travel requires travel somewhere, not just somewhen. This means that copies of the entire universe must exist, and a copy for every single combination of Planck time moment and Planck interval space. Time travel is an illusion, even in theory.
Question: What if you didn't want to travel back or forward through time. What if you wanted to move from one point locally in space to another? So for instance a portal or door way from New York to Japan. Would you be forced to move through time? Would it still require the same amount of energy?
in order to move from one place to another instantaneously, yes, these are, in fact, the same thing as I understand. We now think of these this way, to be in a different location at the same time from a location past the distance which photons (light particles) can travel in that time will require faster then light travel and as such infinite energy. Whether moving temporally without distance (so to speak) or spatially in no time, indeed any combination of these is the very same. in physics space and time are no longer though of as different realms but the same one now referred to simply as spacetime. I hope this helps. I have a hard time mentally with it myself quite frankly, one thing that helped me wrap my head around it is the lyric of a piece of music by Dark Whisper titled Hyperspace ruclips.net/video/RKWCau_gpz8/видео.html there are none that have power like this except one in which I and others believe in who is omnipotent (all powerful) and omnipresent (in all places at once). I sometimes wonder if science will abandon it's limited frame work to describe and finally just accept and know the truth.
Time travel and space travel are different and independent things. I think that not enough is known about consciousness states to compare them energetically. People also travel to the "underworld" and the "overworld", so they may be going no place outside themselves.
It's called a plane and you have to travel a few hours to get there. Time is hours minutes and seconds we are now in the future. And continue living in the future
Bingo- it's possible. I have a list how to achieve this HOWEVER 1- do you know who you are? 2- whose side are you on 3- what can u tell me about the human EGO n how it affects the frequency of the human body? 4- what's the first place you would go to?
Everything that has ever happened, or ever will happened, already exists all at once and at the same time. Time is just a viewing perspective, and to travel back in time to make changes or experience something different would require also shifting into the dimension where that exists on the timeline.
There are so many factors to take into account. If you went back only a few hours, say from Germany, you could end up hundreds of feet in the air over Texas, or worse, hundreds of feet underground. If you went back just a few years, you could end up floating in the middle of space where the earth currently was when you left. What about atmospheric pressure and temperature changes? A sudden switch would kill you instantly.
You sound just like me ... I've been saying exactly this for years, that Time Travel (TT) must necessarily involve four dimensions (possibly more? Brrrr) and one helluva lot of absolutely pin-point navigation. We are on the surface of a spinning ball that itself is hooping larger 'circles' around our sun which itself is hooping through space (and time!). You'd not only have to know all of the variables, your navigation must be absolutely precise and your machinery absolutely spot on in its delivery. And- -and to not digress: I had the idea (once, a fiction story) for a science fiction weapon that knocked the recipient back in time by one zillionth of a second. So? So there are now two of him trying to occupy the same space at the same time. So? So instant total disruption of both of him ... if we think about it, this is how a bullet kills, the bullet is simply trying to share the same space at the same time as the recipient, and the harder/faster disrupts the softer/slower. No two physical objects can occupy the same co-ordinates in space/time without disruption. No?
What was the recent major breakthrough in physics that is supposed to radically change our former understanding and usage of physics? I think that breakthrough occurred before this documentary was made.
One of the most interesting topics for sure. Yes we do time travel in a sense. Each day that passes is going forward in time. Unfortunately we can't go fast enough to a day a week etc, etc. However when we look at pictures of ourselves or family and friends who no longer are with us we time travel in our minds to that moment of time but we can't physically be there or when we watch a TV show from a day ago or years ago or listening to an album from music recorded a year or years ago we are time traveling.I have watched many movies and shows about time travel and it's definitely wishful thinking.
Would time travel merely be the perception of the passing of time or would it actually have an impact on the physiology of the person time travelling? Would their perception be different from the physical effects of time?
@@farmerjohn6526 Thanks, but lacking a machine's desire for sharp edged detail, I think I'll take my way. A photograph of a beautiful lady is great, but the softer tones of a Raphael are easier on the soul.
Can someone please explain how is it possible to travel back in time without violating the second law of thermodynamics???? The atoms you are made of were a part of something else back then. So you’ll arrive there as an extra bunch of matter. Will that not create some kind of disturbance?
That law applies only to raw materials... otherwise how do you explain that today's earth population is 7 billion and 100 years ago there were only 5 billion of us?
And if you ever been in a car wreck which is amazing time literally slows down I've actually heard of instances where one car will actually travel right through another car and nobody's hurt no damage
Time doesn't slow down, your brains processing speed accelerates, and you perceive time in more detail. With heightened perception like that, you could probably visualize the solve for a rubiks cube in mere seconds, where it would take you minutes normally. However, you wouldn't be able to move the puzzle around any faster than if your perception wasn't overclocking. Put another way, your minds ability to accelerate well beyond standard operating parameters, is something your body cannot match.
You could take small army with you and travel through time stopping Serial Killers such as The Boston Strangler, Jack The Ripper, Joran van der Sloot, the Marquis de Sade, etc.
you can find it somewhere living another life but you have limited time to visit it. once you visit it your desire will change and also your future. thats how human can time travel to past!
You can visit an alternate reality within a different timeframe of existence where ppl lives their lives similar to what we view as 'our past,' but it's not your past cos there is but this very moment itself. Now, you will be with your loved ones one you pass to the other side. That's a different thing.
I hear ya bud. Just remember that life is a genetic lottery and your numbers just didn't come up. It's not your fault, never blame yourself for being what you are.
I like that the most knowledgeable scientist about this particular subject interviewed here (Kepp Thorn) admitted that we need much deeper knowledge about space-time than we currently have, to really figure out time travel.
It's like looking at your browser history. Everyday you are emitting new light(browser log) and you are able to go back to a specific page and time because it is logged into a linear cascading system. If light can be logged, then yeah I suppose the tangible nature can allow us to time travel just within the system. Just like you can't go back to websites before google snapshots. But then again, there is also no such thing as future.
Very interesting, informative and worthwhile video. It's always great to see Kip Thorne. I remember when he styled long hair during the late 1970s. Time flies on.
How do you deal with the fact that, as time passes, the earth moves through space? Where you arrive becomes as important as when you arrive. For example, in the film version of HG Well's "Time Machine" the protagonist moved his time machine about 20 feet so he wouldn't reemerge inside the Morlock's cave. That would be fine if the earth were stationary. if I went back an hour in time I would "materialize" in empty space because the earth would be approximately 2.1 million kilometers from where it is now. (see "How Earth moves through space" at ruclips.net/video/IJhgZBn-LHg/видео.html 19:40 into the video.) You could argue that time travel would be possible if you could calculate exactly where the earth would be when you expected to arrive, but if you were off by say 10 kilometers, you might be in very thin air, or deep in the crust of the earth. Neither location would be particularly propitious to human life. Anyone want to guess where in space the earth was when Lincoln was assassinated? Another possibility is that travel through time would occur irrespective of travel through space, but I have a difficult time grasping that idea. Can anyone help me out here?
Perhaps the time/space travel concept would work better in orbit-liking superman flying fast around the planet to travel through time. Like a big ship sailing in the ocean, time needs a bit of space to travel in, so it does not hit anything and can arrive at the somewhat desired location.
Seriously. I can say with complete confidence that I witnessed a time traveller a few years ago . My problem is that I was walking my dog around 2.00am and the only other person around was the one that disappeared, that young lady was just a few feet away from me but I had turned away to call my dog. Here’s the thing, I live in Surrey, Greater London. It had just finished snowing ( which doesn’t happen that often) which is why I wanted to walk the dog to see his reaction. With regards to snow you cannot walk through it and suddenly disappear in an instant leaving no footprints. There’s more to this, but it’s like i said, I was alone. No one is going to believe me and I don’t care about what people think, I know what I saw. Other details make it so much more believable but I don’t want to waste my time explaining myself to people who think you’re either making it up or you’re mentally unstable.
@@Havanacuba1985 thank you for your support Paul. The young lady was wearing a back pack and walking towards me. This makes me feel a little uncomfortable because of the time and that no one else was about. However I was turning right so I picked up the pace, but she turned left and walked directly at me. I said hello and she did the same. As we reached the corner it was well lit but you could hear nothing. I turned to check my dog was coming, and when I turned around she had vanished. Her footprints in the snow stopped at the kerb, there were no tyre tracks in the snow ( but like I said the silence was deafening) i literally looked away for a couple of seconds. I have a different dog now and I still take the same route at night. Sometimes I think i hear people laugh or talk at the same place, but I think it’s just paranoia creeping in. Then when I get home and think about it you just don’t know . I stand by what happened 100%👍
Yes, presence leaves a mark/light/perspective in all its passing. These events can be revisited in time. Time is an image of moving forward while not seeing what’s already happened. I’ll give you an example. If a star explodes and it takes the light time to travel to be able to see it, imagine traveling closer to that light and back before that light reached its mark. You have then traveled in time.
You might be right. If by "spiritual" you're referring to what our consciousness is, and is capable of, and if as many suspect, it exists independently of the brain, then it's relationship to time/space might be massive.
In my opinion, time is just matter rearranging down at the atom relative to each other atom. Disorder ( entropy) is always at play whether we are talking about aging or age of any matter. Say you want to go back 20 years in time. You would have to rearrange every atom in this planet including the atoms composing the neurons precisely back to the position in which those atoms were relative to each other . Think star trek type transporter. But what about the rest of the planets, you would also have to put them back to their specific location or you would realize it is not the same. What about the rest of the cosmos, you would have to put it back the way it was. The amount of energy required would be too much. So when someone says travel back in time, it is not possible because of the amount of energy to place all atoms back in place. But if you're talking about traveling into the future like in a spaceship then yes because you are controlling only the movement of the atoms in the spaceship and not the rest of the atoms in the universe. The rest of the universe continues to entropy faster relative to the spaceship. You can also look at time dilation as a way to know which object is moving the closest to the speed of light. The one that is the closest to the speed of light is the one with the slowest entropy (time).
Supposed you went back, and no one was building the pyramids, then you decide to make sure it does happen, as it was always supposed to happen, so then, who designed the pyramids ?
Even going back in time is just a continuation of your timeline creating a new alternate timeline or branch, so you'd be altering a new timeline and not your own, which goes on as normal without you or just ends completely.
I don't like to change anything with time if I ever get to travel in time. So far in life, I have learned whatever has happened to us is what we have chosen, and every choice made us learn something maybe we lost something or maybe we gained something but learning was the keyword for us.
@@HamburgerHelperDeath then you haven't understood what is life and you have not understood what is death. My sympathy with you for your loss, but what is meant to happen is a part of the cycle “the universal law”. Theology says when you die you are born again, Science specifically described the big bang and big bounce. Therefore, one who doesn't have the understanding of things they will always think their loss is the greatest and they naively let the world define them with the losses they had. There is nothing called early or late, everything happens in time. However, if you force something to happen then you are actually breaking the space-time continuum, four-dimensional coordinate system (3 dimensions of space and 1 of time) in which physical events are located. Your emotions can never control the dimension.
Learn to lucid dream then you’ll get to relive that time period it will feel real u can’t change anything in reality but while lucid dreaming you’ll know it’s a dream but can pretend it’s real until u wake up Also u can “warn” about future events that caused u sadness yeah it’s not affecting reality but it can help u cope with loss (then u can even entertain the idea that you’re in a real alternate dimension as a time traveler helping that version of u from having the loss that u did in this reality🙂)
You're always in the present, so you're not actually traveling through time. Time is nothing but a record-keeping device used by humans to organize reality. It's not something you can travel through, because it only exists in the mind.

I believe in simplicity. For every action there is an equal opposite reaction. If you can move forward you can most certainly move backwards in any environment of reality. Just some ways are more harder to figure out then others is all.

In the case of artificial things, the purpose that they carry in themselves is set from the outside by the person who created them and completely coincides with their purpose for which they were created. Every natural formation in itself has a purpose that Aristotle defines it as "'that for which', or good (for good is the goal of all arising and movement)" (Met. FAITH in memories of past NOWS
HOPE for better future NOWS

The past does not exist anymore
The future does not exist yet
Only now has ever existed
Now after now after now
We do not exist physically
We are not physical we are atoms which are subatomic electromagnetic energy waves that our consciousness creates an imagined existence. I think… therefore I exist…. Everything else is just a product of MY thoughts … my consciousness creates all that I believe exists….
We are a singularity that creates this story like a writer creates a fictional story.. then we add imagined colours and sounds and thoughts…
Angstroms ? Sights vibrating energy
Decibels ? Sounds vibrating energy
Thoughts ? Firing synapses vibrating energy
Everything you imagine exists is just an expression of our consciousness…

"Time travel" has indeed been proven, just not with humans, but with 'particles' at particle accelerators. When accelerated to a high percentage of the speed of light, certain particles experience a "slower passage of time" compared to their surroundings, and it has been documented. This has the net effect of these particles traveling "to the future", albeit at a very very small scale in these experiments.

It's called a plane and you have to travel a few hours to get there. Time is hours minutes and seconds we are now in the future. And continue living in the future
Bingo- it's possible. I have a list how to achieve this HOWEVER

2- whose side are you on
3- what can u tell me about the human EGO n how it affects the frequency of the human body?
4- what's the first place you would go to?
Everything that has ever happened, or ever will happened, already exists all at once and at the same time. Time is just a viewing perspective, and to travel back in time to make changes or experience something different would require also shifting into the dimension where that exists on the timeline.
Agree with this as i couldn't of wrote it better myself , well said
I agree..
And-
-and to not digress: I had the idea (once, a fiction story) for a science fiction weapon that knocked the recipient back in time by one zillionth of a second.
No?
This thing only happens if time is linear but it isnt.. time different. Its fabric is

@@tanindunn8379 I think he’s on DMT

Good idea 😂
What if one of the victims went on to do something even more terrible and by preventing their death you caused many many more?

I wanna time travel and be with loved ones who have passed 😔
you can find it somewhere living another life but you have limited time to visit it. once you visit it your desire will change and also your future. thats how human can time travel to past!
You can visit an alternate reality within a different timeframe of existence where ppl lives their lives similar to what we view as 'our past,' but it's not your past cos there is but this very moment itself. Now, you will be with your loved ones one you pass to the other side. That's a different thing.

I wholeheartedly concurr
Perhaps the time/space travel concept would work better in orbit-liking superman flying fast around the planet to travel through time. Like a big ship sailing in the ocean, time needs a bit of space to travel in, so it does not hit anything and can arrive at the somewhat desired location.
@@peterbadgely The more I think about time travel, the less feasible it seems. Sort of like the Fermi Paradox only for time travelers.
Yes it is possible. I've used it. And in the future we can speak to people in the past including our past selves.

I believe you 👍
@@Havanacuba1985 thank you for your support Paul.

Just the thought of it is so beautiful
Yes, presence leaves a mark/light/perspective in all its passing. These events can be revisited in time. Time is an image of moving forward while not seeing what’s already happened. I’ll give you an example. If a star explodes and it takes the light time to travel to be able to see it, imagine traveling closer to that light and back before that light reached its mark. You have then traveled in time.
I always wondered, however if it was possible in the future or the past , we would now be aware of its possibility in the presence.
Along with questioning our own origin and existence....wondering who our creator is etc?.

I believe “time travel” can be achieved by spiritual means but not in a technology way.
You might be right. If by "spiritual" you're referring to what our consciousness is, and is capable of, and if as many suspect, it exists independently of the brain, then it's relationship to time/space might be massive.
It is possible because I travel from time to time!
This makes perfect sense

Even going back in time is just a continuation of your timeline creating a new alternate timeline or branch, so you'd be altering a new timeline and not your own, which goes on as normal without you or just ends completely.
@ 8min 45secs I was reminded of the sign hanging at the auto mechanics garage. "Speed costs. How fast do you want to go?"

@@DJhutcherson the origins of philosophical wisdom can be found in Aristotle. Ethics (Moral) represents an aspect of the unity of the nature of human existence, defining the criteria for evaluating any meaning on a scale of "good-bad", the hierarchy of emotional response in the information technology networks of social communication of changing generations of a globalized human being.
(Aristotle considers the world as a single ordered whole, in which every process is directed towards a specific goal (telos) (3) and each object contains its own purpose and seeks to realize it. This is not only about artificial objects created as a result of conscious and purposeful activity of a person - a craftsman or artist.
I 983a30)(4) In other words, every natural creature in the world - stones, plants, animals, man - strives for the good, understood as the perfection of his own nature. In human activity, too, "every art and every teaching, and likewise an act and conscious choice is commonly believed to strive for a certain good” (EN I 1094a). In this context, in its most general form, virtue can be defined as "the best state" (MM I 1184a), the conformity of a thing to its purpose, an indicator of the realization in it of its own nature.)
