Austin's my favourite character, I've loved watching him grow.

"Nobody wants to spend their weekend seeing a doctor. They'll put everything off until Monday. All those patients that should have been here on the weekend get stacked onto Mondays. Then Monday rolls around, and it's a shit-show." I feel this one in my BONES. This applies to veterinary medicine, too lol

They only come in at 2-3am on weekends..
It applies to anything medical tbh.
In my country, actually, there's a quite different story: many patients with not emergency cases goes to ER on weekends, because they doesn't want to wait for monday to contact their doctor (and some of them doesn't care about having to pay for a medical help in not emergency case, even though they wouldn't need to pay if they went to their doctor) and many vet clinics are even closed for nights and weekends.

If this is about the gay guy one I've had to give that look in my ambulance when a skinhead (full on ss and swastika tats) got excited for the very gay emt to strap him down to the gurney (this was a transport not a scene call, and it was.... lets say responsive, so it wasn't a priapism) and the *cough swelling *cough went down when only the female medic was there soooooo yeah anyway happy to have given a nazi an uncomfortable homo-erotic boner
With how he personifies his characters, I have the feeling they're real people

He's not 100% Dork, he's part Geek too. He would have to check his 23andMe Ancestry Nerd Heritage Family Tree History to know for sure. I thought I was two thirds Dork and one third Geek on my Mom's side, but it turns out that I have a good amount of Geek from my Dorky Dad's side of my family as well, it just dabbles more in sound engineering & Frank Zappa idealism rather than in binary software development and passionately argueing plot realism theories in SciFi novels and movies. Even farther back, guess we have some Spazz in us too from my mother's mother, which explains so much about why she would only sip on boiling water with a half of tablespoon of horribly flavored punishment powder, aka, instant decaf.
I could watch these for hours, you're a riot! You help us laugh at the natural things of life and help us know we're not alone when we have to face those difficult clients. Thank you 😊

Holy crap I can't believe you actually did this skit!!!! This actually happened to my husband, and he actually had huge elephantitis of his testicles! I nearly pissed my pants I laughed so hard at your skit because it is 200% true!!
This attitude is spot on - exactly what goes on in the hospital! Nurses really truly care for patients, but this attitude is the only way they can survive the day-to-day tragedy without getting crushed by it. Love you, Steve! Keep the videos coming!!

Steve, your talent in writing and acting in skits are on par with 1980's Saturday Night Live. And that is a compliment for sure. Old school SNL was filled with incredible talent. You are on par with your one man show.

These completely crack me up. My mom was a nurse and I’m certain there were times like these. Poor Austin, new guy gets the tough stuff. About once a summer, all the nurses not on shift would come to our house and have a few drinks. I heard so many stories. They were a hoot and then my dad who didn’t drink with my mom would make sure they all got home ok. Huge thank you to all nurses.

I work in the pathology labs and I completely agree Monday is the worst day of the week and is definitely the busiest! And the number of ppl that called in "sick" cause they want an extended weekend? Too many. Made me so mad!!

Mondays ARE the busiest days for that exact reason. No one comes in over the weekend, then call in sick on Monday to go to the ER, for treatment and a “note”.
YOU…”GUYS…”. I was in the hospital for a couple of months…following a car accident…The nurses’ there were ENTIRELY PROFESSIONAL; THEY only gossiped on…”BetterHome & Garden…” or some rehabilitation “stuff…”! These skits have me ROFL…AGAIN & AGAIN!! ❤️❤️😮🤣😂‼️

I know exactly how poor Austin feels...I received more than one lot of "hazing" at the hands of Senior staff when I was training.
You always make me laugh...I love your comedy. As someone who has been in the emergency room more times than I would like (chronic, debilitating migraines, with my children at times, etc) some of these scenarios ring so true!! Although the woman wanting to leave after 2 hours was nothing...I once had to wait 8 hours! Thank you for providing such wonderful content 😊

One time I was working on the measure floor and one of my patients had finished his GoLitely (Why did they name it that????). I answered his call button and he had got out of bed and was sh**%ing all the way from the bed to the bathroom. It was right before lunch and needless to say, I had no appetite. I love your videos, they make me laugh so hard I can't stop! Seriously!

My wife went to an er in Febuary. She was there for 10 hours,all her test's had come back negative but the drs kept talking about covid and keeping her. She finally told to take out the IV or she would do it herself
The nurse threw a fit and told her she could die. My wife looked her straight in the eye,and said if the good Lord wanted her to call her home so be it and walked out. She is still here. I love my wife so much!!
I've come to enjoy your vids. I only have 1 ER experience in my 70 years: a testicular tumor that ruptured (I didn't know that I even had it).
I had the double pleasure of the urologist summoning ALL of the ER staff, and 6 other interns and 2 residents to see my grapefruit sized scrotum. Luckily, the pain was so bad I didn't care, I just wanted someone to shoot me and end my misery. Ever since then my "friends " call me "Lefty".

I work in a hospital and can really relate to these skits. So funny! But we need to appreciate what hospital staff do for us every day. Good manners go such a long way, to make everyone's lives easier.
Ticks on the genitals are pretty common. The tick will go for the warmest places on your body-genitalia, armpits, the hairline, etc.
And that doesn't include poison ivy on the genitals when one is " romping in the groves of Venus" in an untamed natural setting.

I went to my primary care doctor yesterday to find out that an inner ear infection can cause so much more stress to your body the most people know my breathing was quite labored it was causing me to retain fluids it was causing me to have ammonia like symptoms but it didn't hurt it baffled me because as a child I had ear infections every 3 months and they always hurt but now they don't
