    1st the Abound, then the Aventure.2 and now THIS ONE. can't beat this power and features at 68lbs, high 50s without battery on a 4 floor walk up and 750w peak for my delivery job plus the sales with extra battery they always have going on

    I like my Synche with two major issues. Aventon chose not to put the daily mileage on the screen, but instead on the phone app. When I’m driving my bike, I don’t want to go to the app. Also the screen displays useless data, such as carbon saved. That should be on app, not on screen. The power indicator on the screen is diff t read in the sun, needs to be a percentage of power remaining.

    You can unlock the Sinch 2 to 25mph top speed now?
    All the other reviewers (including Electric Bike Report) and Aventon's website as well as every other forums I see about it states it can't be unlocked beyond 20mph.
    I need to know since I'm planning on purchasing this bike.

    • @RunBikeMike

      At the time I reviewed it I was able to increase the speed to 25mph within the app.

    Have mine for a few months now , I love it pretty heavy though 😅

    • @RunBikeMike
      @RunBikeMike  Год назад +2

      Unfortunately that is a big side effect of an ebike. They are all soooo heavy. I haven’t found one under 45lbs that is least a 500w rear hub motor. I have had a 35ish lbs 250w motor class 1 ebike. But it wasn’t as nice and as compact as the Sinch.

    When dropping the handlebars how to release, there a buttin shape, push in what direction? Out, up, or down?
    It fits in the back seat area with seat flipped up in our Chev. Silverado. Use an alum. Rack that came with alum. Rack, tray style high weight rating.

    Hi, I’m considering purchasing this bike- this would be my first e-bike. So if you ride until the battery is completely dead, how does the sinch 2 feel to pedal back home without any pedal/battery assist? Is it really heavy or not so bad? Thanks!

    • @RunBikeMike
      @RunBikeMike  9 месяцев назад

      You will definitely feel it. With any fat tire bike it is not easy. But it is doable just not all that fun.

    If you were to purchase just one bike for around town and possible a few dirt paths, would you do this or the Adventure 2, and why? BTW you make great videos!!

    • @RunBikeMike
      @RunBikeMike  Год назад +3

      Yeah the aventure.2 would be my 1st choice. The ride on that bike is very very nice. If I was short on space the sinch.2 would be my go to. And thanks for the compliment.

      I own the aventure.2 and I love it. It’s very comfortable, fast, good range. It’s great on or off road. I like the foldable option though. I had to buy a car rack for ours.

      What other bike is comparable?

    • @barry4fish19
      @barry4fish19 Год назад

      Heybike Ranger S, it has 1 piece alloy rims with tire protection layer, a UL certified battery, hydraulic brakes, full lighting with directionality, and a 750W motor, with top speed of 28mph. For a little less money too. But, not as good of a warranty or support network, it’s a little heavier, and has cadence sensor. There may be some other considerations too, I am swaying towards this bike instead but a tough choice, considering the trade offs.

      You really need a folding bike? The Amyet S8 just came out and it's a sexy dual 1k motors cafe racer style bike that goes 38mph and it's 1200$🥵
      The reason I ask is because I bought a folding bike...and yeah I never fold it up lol
