May favorite dish Sa kanila is their ILONGGO BATCHOY, I'm a cook also, pero Hindi ko makuha Yung lasa Ng BATCHOY nila. May distinct taste which is very umami. I hope you can make a vlog on how to do CASA ILONGGA style. Thanks in advance. I've tried also eating in other restaurant pero nothing compares talaga Sa CASA taste.
Chef JP, during my time , best pandesal were airy inside, good to dunk in boiled coffee… Bring him to Angeles by Nepo, the palabok, not so much toppings , simple n yet authentic taste
I'm not really an avid pan de sal fan BUT the BEST pan de sal I have ever had is at 179 15th Ave. Cubao. Twin Towers bakery. Their pan de sal and monay (freshly baked in the afternoon) is the bomb. Once you start eating, you'll never stop. Just like Pringles "once you pop, you can't stop!" 🤣😂🤣
