Don't, he said personally it took 10 years for him to be able to do a person from no reference and years later to master perspective. If you're not willing to dedicate your soul to it then don't feel bad. He wasn't born drawing this way he worked for it day and night.

it’s not how drawing from memory work. he draws from memory because he memorise the bones, the muscle, the skin, the effect of gravity, the clothes, ...
i dont think so he is just such an expert at his craft he can create these things without having a memory of them because hes drawn so many things in his life time and mastered the fundamentals
