    The UK police are now Registered at Companies House under HM Parliament plc, so as a private public limited Company they will respond to businesses faster than the public tax payer. They want a person name to conduct business in legal law rather than lawful law, namely the person's name from the Birth Certificate. So do in legalese language do you understand means do you stand under, my answer would be No i don't stand under officer.🇬🇧

      They should hav it in them at all times, or there impersonating a cuntastable,under section 67 police act ni ..if they don’t hav it in them..it’s up to the duty sergeant to let them go out on duty 👍🏻

    • @TheThreshermansson
      @TheThreshermansson Год назад +1

      Your not correct
      A Constable if required by a Superior Officer or a member of the public ask for the warrant/ID card it has to be produced
      The warrant card is what makes a police officer a Police Constable..they take an attestation for a Constable or to be precise the office of Constable
      Maybe you aren't aware of the murder of a young woman in London by a Police Constable
      Or even on the M1 Belfast bound when a idiot posing as a police constable actually stopped a real off duty police Constable and the warning in both cases was
      If you've any worries ask for the warrant card
      Or
      Phone the station to the Sergeant to check
      No police constable should be without his warrant card at all times and produce it when required

    • @CJAuditsAuditingNI
      @CJAuditsAuditingNI  Год назад

      @TheThreshermansson it’s section 67 police act ni..impersonating a police cuntastable..he must hav it on him and if he hasn’t got it,he has to inform the duty sergeant..it’s up to the sergeant (as fair as iam aware weather or not he’s allowed out on the streets?). But they hav to show show if they are in plainclothes ..

    • @TheThreshermansson
      @TheThreshermansson Год назад

      @@CJAuditsAuditingNI
      Police (northern irleland ) act 2000 section 38 (1) is them.passing out from training as a police officer and taking the office of Constable
      Their shoulder number is their Police Officer number
      The number on their warrant/ID card is their Police Constable number
      Big difference
      If they arrive to work without it they must inform their Sergeant, they should then be kept in the station for the duration of that shift and not be let out in public
      Again I'll say a Police Constable has to produce or show their warrant /ID if asked to by a Superior or a member of the public
      There is a freedom.of information from the PSNI stating this
      In uniform or not in uniform if required they should ..or else yiu can ring the station and get the Sergeant to verify they are Constable's
      Plain clothes have to without asking if they going to arrest you or detain you

    • @V-Vega-1648
      @V-Vega-1648 Год назад +11

      CJ you initially asked for a warrant card, the Constable denied that request however did tell you it was on his person telling you that whilst he is in uniform, (the Police Service of Northern Ireland in their publicly available policy states this too) he does not have to provide it, you would go on to state 3 forms of ID, the Constable then restates that he doesn't have to in uniform, this is where you cite Section 67 Police act 1998, to a uniformed member of the service, in a marked police car with blue flashing lights with a firearm, alongside the rest of their duty equipment, something a reasonable person not subject to the capacity of Mental Capacity Act (NI) 2016 would assume to be a impersonator.
      So theres only 2 possibilities to me at this point, either they stole or made an accurate recreation of a PSNI car, uniform, bought a bodycamera and correctly recreated the logo on the radio. Intercepted the police 999 system or were called by the BBC instead of the real police and 'harrassed you'.
      OR
      You're subject to the Mental Capacity Act (NI) 2016.
