@@informatica_hub And one more thing you might not know about TCS also start laying off people who are not upgrading there self with the upcoming technology, because TCS face a huge loss in 2020 due to less competency.
and in Accenture, they will lay you off if you do not upgrade yourself with multiple technologies.
@@pritamdutta8058 hi, would like to tell you, it's not tcs started but it's already in the IT Companies but the things is that percentage layoff in tcs is low comparing it with other similar range company.... I think you are little bit mis guided on upgrade in single domain and multiple domain it to totally depends are you in the project or not, what's your billibilatity ratio to the clients... Whether you are able to adjust yourself with changeing project scenarios... At the end it's all about the market situations! And your destiny 😉..
