Chidimma Adetshina's Road To Miss Universe: Family, Marriage, Kids & UGLY Treatment By South Africa

  • Chidinma, who was born in South Africa to a Nigerian father and a Mozambique mother, faced government-backed bullying over her nationality after she advanced to the rounds of 16. Xenophobic South Africans went as far as signing a petition against the 23-year-old law student, even after the organisers confirmed she met all the requirements. Sadly, the debate intensified when Chidinma made it to the Top 10 rounds. South Africans insisted that the gorgeous model was not South African enough despite being born in their country. When the bullying didn’t work, they dug up the sins of her mother’s past, forcing Chidinma to take a bow.
The question of whether Adetshina is South African has gripped the country for weeks, with politicians, celebrities, and talk shows wading in on both sides, including Grammy award-winning singer Tylaw, who came to her defence.
Also reacting to sad development, Burna Boy mocked South Africans, sharing a photo of the winner and asking, “So, after all that?”
Many Nigerians also questioned why Bonang Matheba, the host of the Miss South Africa pageant, went for an all-Nigerian glam squad when they don’t like Nigerians. Bonang was styled by a Nigerian stylist, Dahmola, and rocked outfits by five-star fashion designers Veekee James, Somo by Somo, Sheye Oladejo, Mazelle Bridal and Emagine by Bukola. Not a single South African is on the list.
South Africa has experienced numerous outbreaks of violence against African immigrants since the end of apartheid, with high unemployment and crime fuelling xenophobia. Does this incident prove to the world that South Africans are indeed xenophobic?
But first, let’s look at the concerts South Africans raised against Chidinma. Also, what’s next for the gorgeous model? Is she coming back to Nigeria to partake in an indigenous pageant? Or is she retiring?

They thought they were going to kill her dreams completely, only to see that, as a Nigerian blood, she has seven lives to survive. This has turned to a thorn in their flesh still.

How is it the sins of the mother's past when an innocent child's identity was stolen so Chidimma could flourish? A suffering mother's prayer was answered through this. Clean up your reporting and don't be pathetic

Chidimma was caught in an interview with a Nigerian reporter and she was asked, “Do you like afrobeat music” and she answered “yes” Chidimma was asked again to choose between Burna Boy and Davido and she laughed. After laughing she didn’t choose rather, she added Rema and Wizkid to the played list. Then she was asked about some of the raining tracks that she was excited about then Chidimma said, “Hehehehehehe” {Rema} and “Ogechi” {Davido} Her eyes were glowing like a Christmas tree as she was saying it. Amapiano was not even on the playlist at all!
Then she was asked again, do you have a man in your life? She laughed even more, after laughing, she blushed like a yellow banana, after blushing, she said to the reporter, “No comment to that” Guess what people? That was the right answer to the question!!! You see, while the South Africans are busy being Xenophobic, we are busy making sure that anyone pretty and single is quickly attached before they go away. South Africans, are you learning something?

Your narration is economical with truth. The mother is not South African but Mozambican. You disregard that fact to qualify your narrative and labelling SANs as xenophobic. Shame on you…. You wanna go around lie protecting criminals in SA coz most of you thrive of illegal entries in to the country and crimes you benefit from. Unfortunately the pple of SA are tired and are holding officials accountable and corrupters will not be spared. That is the true story of Chidimma.

All the to Chichi....😊❤ Blame the parents for their criminality. If everything was kosher Chichi would have stayed the course. She is a resilient girl. Her parents failed her. Everything done in the dark will surely come to light. As parents our first priority should be our young one's well-being. Chichi was failed by her parents finish and klaar. Social media is a rough and tough ghetto.

Point of correction her mother is Mozambique and just so you aware there is a mother whose kids do not have identification cause of the fraud committed by Chidimma mother do you have any sympathy for her?So her identity being stolen is not a form of fraud or bullying can we get to a point where the real victims voice are heard please
