I use my bait scent on plastic worms plastic baits, and crankbaits and spinnerbaits but most of the time I'll use garlic juice mixed with mineral oil and the mineral oil also allows the scent to stay on I have noticed up to almost an hour after it's been spray on, it works pretty good I never used the jello part I might try that, I do like the Char truce effect
Nice and use the left over as a quick marinade before throwing the fish in the smoker!!!! Agree with other comments, lets see a video of this being used!
Cat fish attractant chicken-guts in a jar, store in a warm garage for a few months, get a nice stink on. Open only when you are at the water's edge, cuz it will knock-you-out! Works!
You are correct to say garlic works well.Im from South Africa and here carp love garlic flavoured liquid, here by us we call it dips.We also throw almond flavour essence in with garlic it works.
Make your own Pro Cure! Nice idea but do not use gelatin/gelatine because it is insoluble in water meaning that the scent which you so carefully add stays locked up in your attractant. Use Xanthum Gum with glycerine. The glycerine holds the XG in suspension so that when you add water the it thickens and the viscosity allows for slow release. Likewise do not use OIL of any description because oil floats meaning that the nice tuna oil attractant floats on the surface of the water. If your fish are in the centre or at the bottom of the water column they miss your fish attractant.
Garlic Butter in a squeeze container like a ketsup or mustard squeeze bottle. Usually an old clean mustard bottle. Fill it half way with Garlic Butter and then squirt some on your bait and cast off.-/Fish on.
I think Tuna oil from the tuna can would be useful. DMPT is one of the best-known attractants. For garlic, you can use Allicin. I dont think it was necessary to destroy that blende.
Caught 14 fish using.. A mix of... Flour Cornmeal 1 can of Tuna in oil Garlic salt Minced garlic Peanut butter Milk - roll mix into balls = AMAZING BAIT
I keep fish as pets, garlic is the best natural way to get fish appreciate up. When there sick, to hot, to cold, or just having a bad day, garlic makes them hungry.
Aside from the video content. Comments are full of useful information. It's amazing how fish senses work. They can be attracted to scents for long distances I've heard.
Yes first of all...you need to put a link for the t-shirt. Second. I'm curious have you done a comparision test of your stank to the the stinky stuff you buy in the little bottles at the store for about 3 times as much as you spend on the materials. I'm just curious.
It's actually pretty easy. Things always manage to seem harder when filming. Buying the marketed scents does work, but sometimes its fun to do something on your own. If anyone is looking for something to do with young people over the summer, it''s alot of fun.
But this is missing a major point.we need videos on fish reacting to this, underwater real time footage would be best.put your money where your mouth is.i know garlic scents do somewhat work, they been sold for years in bait shops.we don't know exactly how though,or why.we need to understand the scientific evidence behind this to help refine the best possible bait or scent

Probably. Since garlic is used as an "apetizer" in Aquariums. If you have a fish that doesnt want to eat (happens sometimes with New fish in the aquarium and with sick fish) soaking the fish food in garlic juice, or giving them some food that already has garlic helps

dont use iodised salt the fish hate it, also the sugar will scare the fish because fish skin has sugars in it that are released when a fish is injured, so basically sugar = danger for fish
That logic is terrible. Fish love to take advantage of other injured fish, and eat them. If fish skin releases sugar when injured, it is not possible that sugar is an off putting flavour to them.
@@paulraymond1804 can you just google for me "does sugar scare fish" and tell me how long you have to scroll before seeing a post that says no it doesn't
