I have tried two times but the bread does not rise. The booklet says liquid first however you have put the ingredients in the reverse order. Also please give the yeast brand you have used

I had same problem.
Actually the problem with yeast.
Try testing your yeast first in small amount of water by adding some sugar. It should start bubbling in 10 minutes else your yeast is not active.
I try changing my yeast 3 times and finally I got good active yeast and now I m happy. It makes good bread again.
Actually I wanted to rake my bread maker for repairs but nothing was wrong, yeast was the problem

Thank you for telling that it takes 5 mins to start in beginning. I thought mine not working.
Also it's been over 45mins and still still kneeding . I heard somewhere it takes 8 mins to make dough

8 min to make atta dough.. for bread it makes dough first and then ferments it and finally bakes it

Nice review but the Kent bread maker is useless. Broke down 3 times in less than one year. They take 2 weeks just to figure out what the problem is then even longer to order parts. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
