How about buying it for 1 month and then deinstalling the plug in? Would my website stay the same?

Once you uninstall the plugin from your website, all your design changes stay saved for the website. However, I'm not sure what happens if you cancel your Squarekicker account completely - definitely worth reaching out and asking them!
