No bears nearby due to all the dogs around, but there are black bears in the area. Never seen one yet myself. The roads are pretty well cleared in the winter and I haven't ran into any treacherous spots on my daily commute down into Boulder.
inspiring! gonna go for naropa's snow lion dorms for one semester (i start this august) and then maybe find something like this.. look like a dream.
