Forgot to note, it is disrespectful to attack while the elemental shield is up as it resets debuffs and you should only do that in coordinated fast rooms. Also, landing debuffs is very hard with it up, so make sure you wait if you need to do debuffs if theres phase changes. The phase changes are at 80/60/40 respectively. The order is random.
