THE SOUL OF A BLACK WOMAN - STAGE PLAY

The Old Dillard Foundation has been a long-time supporter of the African diaspora and is proud to present Melvin Dawson's play 'Soul of a Black Woman'. This original play written and directed by Melvin Dawson is an exploration of the struggles, joys, and triumphs that black women experience in modern society. Through this story, viewers will gain insight into the unique experiences of African American women and will be encouraged to learn more about them and their life experiences. The Old Dillard Foundation is committed to highlighting the beauty and power of the African diaspora and hopes that Melvin Dawson's work can help spread awareness about this important subject.
