Great video ! I just have one question about this, how can someone maintain a good power position after increasing the speed? Because when I personally add speed, my power position gets weaker compared to 3 crossovers or 3 position corkscrew throw.
You need to progressively get used to throwing at higher speeds, start with medballs (so you don’t have to worry about the upper body) then 3 step 5 step 7 step etc and it will help a ton
