Props to Ryan AND Allie! Ryan knows exactly what needs to be tweaked to get the best take, and isn't hesitant to be blunt while also encouraging. Allie took what he said and was able to implement it easily and quickly

I Agree fully when Ryan says " Dont do the voice breaking in...", I find it irritating sometimes.
It could be used to punctuate certain expressions but not all the time.

Allie! and Dadager! I wish you both all the best on this big adventure! Things are moving quickly, must be exciting! Don't let the bright lights, the stars, the celebs, the attention- don't let all of that get to you (I know, easier said than done!). Stick to your roots! You may not know who exactly you are yet, or perhaps you do, but try to always keep your inner soul and essence in your music! And don't forget- Family is #1. Don't ever let your music career ruin your great relationship with your dad. I'd have given anything to have a parent who was that committed to making me happy. And when the time comes and you're old enough, don't let the partying take over your life either. Remember how you started in Ireland as a busker- it must make you so proud to see how far you have come. I am so proud of both of you and hope you realize what a great impact you are having on the future generations! Always remember how much of an impact you can have & don't forget that love is everything! :) -Matt

You should play the sentence back to get so she can hear what you are hearing, then she can hear what she did and you can explain easier what you want her to do...... She understands sometimes but hearing what the difference is ..
