  • Industry Minister Ed Husic discusses the Albanese government’s investment into US quantum computers company PsiQuantum to build one of the world’s first “fault-tolerant” quantum computers.
“They are going to open up, expand and create jobs here and work with the local ecosystem to be able to build a stronger quantum sector," Mr Husic told Sky News Australia.
“[It] will drive future economic growth and productivity.”

Drive growth??!! More like it'll drive humans from the work force! Then again, I suppose it would drive growth.....it'll save companies a fortune in wages, loading, superannuation payments......not too good for the government though......it means less direct taxation revenue. Still, I wonder what they're gonna do with all them useless eaters..........................?

Green energy = human 'waste' bio reactors.
Except the waste isn't what you think it is ;)

I wouldn't even be worried about it. Like so-called "AI" it is all overblown. And just like true AI (as opposed to fancy programming courtesy of the enormous computing power we have these days that we call "AI"), it won't be a reality such that we or even our grandchildren would even have to be concerned about it.
