you must enable XML 6.0 in the XML object library on your vba, try go to developer tab, select visual basic, then go to Tools -> References, then select Microsoft XML, 6.0, afterwards, hope it helps :)
I use the ticketinfo.statustext to check wheter the data is received in gsheet. Once I get Ok, I put this value in an empty cell on the same row. When vba code then runs it checks whether the cell contains Ok. If this is true the code goes to the next record.
