yeah I was thinking it was gonna be one of those 9 year olds with a 28 step skincare routine. She did get age appropriate stuff and she was very nice to everyone, their is no reason to hate on y’all!

Everyone is always saying that kids shouldn’t be getting that stuff but in reality that’s the childhood they all wanted and still want now. I’m not gonna lie I am sorta a kid and I rlly wish you were my mom and I had that kids life.

While it is great that she is getting age appropriate stuff from the store. It great that you the mum are well versed in beauty products too. However, Sephora products were not made for young skin and these products could do more harm than good. The lip gloss and fragrances are fine but they are still targeted towards older folks so it's very important for the child to patch test it before use (which I'm sure you know). But the eye mask doesn't seem necessary at all. PS: I'm not saying this to be negative but please be aware that there are products aimed at young skin and sephora unfortunately doesn't sell them. Hopefully they do realize this and make a new kids sephora where there are young children skin and body friendly products.

@@aaaanail3 Yes lip glosses and perfume won't cause harm but masks can damage the skin as when a child takes it off the skin can actually wrinkle if not done properly (same with adults) but we use masks to hydrate skin etc...young kids already have hydrated skin so it could cause acne/ pimples. But with any product allergic reactions can occur and a child being too naive and young might still continue to use it and when they get a worse reactions its too late to fix. Better to prevent than risk it.

See these are kids who are nice and generous about the testers. This little girl looks so so nice and she might’ve been helping cleaning up the testers and she’s not too young. She’s a perfect age because of her behavior she’s not bratty or bragging. She’s just having her stuff that fits her skin the best, and that doesn’t damage and ruin her skin, and the nice worker was helping her. This is just the happiest thing I’ve seen all day.

FOR REAL! I see kids be buying like retinol wrinkle cream and pimple patches when their skin is clearer than a summer sky. She got a nice smelling body spray, lipgloss, an eye mask and a lip mask. Things that are actually appropriate for a kids spa day.

FINALLY! THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN A KID GOING TO SEPHORA WITH RESPECT. I have no words. Bring her to Sephora at least 5 times a month. She deserves it because she was raised well nd actually respects everyone. I love that little kids are going to Sephora to learn about self care, not to use heavy makeup up and anti aging skincare, but to learn to love yourself and it can also be a lesson on how to appropriately use testers and to learn how to respect others, it’s also completely fine for younger kids to use certain products like face wash and sunscreen, just not to go overboard
