Fr. I know it’s a happy ending but it doesn’t mean you have to go through hell for it.
This part of the book was gut wrenching and it completely shifted my perspective of what wan must of felt like when pleng disappeared for 13 years. When wan runs away here, you are left feeling both worried for her and hopeless for pleng because there's nothing she can do. When a person disappears completely, you have no idea if they are alive or dead or suffering or if they will ever come back. Being stuck waiting and pleng can't take her own life to end that suffering because she doesn't want to hurt wan in that way either. So its just living torture in limbo. That's what wan felt for 13 years.... No wonder she has trauma 💔

@@estiadams1688 In the novel, Wan has gone to the summer house that she talked about, which Pleng's dad made for Pleng that had a lake and was later sold.

@@estiadams1688 They had a huge fight because of something Wan's Mother revealed, then Pleng said she can't be with Wan anymore and will leave but before she can go Wan left (She went to that lake house), so that Pleng will know what it feels like when someone leaves and you have no ideas where they went...
Just remember This is what happens in novel I don't know whether they will add this as it is in the series or not. Hope that helps ☺️
In the novel, I can say that this is the climax of the story, where all the exciting, nerve-racking parts and plot twists of the story. At some point, you will understand more about the characters of Wanviva and Pleng.
I don't want to say goodbye to this series yet.🥺 I love how genuine their love is.🤍
The last reaction they did said they hope for season two.... sooo we will see maybe it will cont.

She definitely made a lot of mistakes that still affect her to this day. But when she is with Wan, she doesn’t have to face them. She never wanted to leave either, but she felt she had no other choice. Leaving your best friend, let alone someone you’ve had such strong feeling for, in the middle of the night without saying goodbye becasue you don’t want to hurt them anymore will mess up your head for life and rightfully make you believe every bad thing is your fault and you should’ve never gone back.

It’s more sad that it is realistic. Whether it’s men or women, a quite unfortunate amount of friends will only hang out to try and be with that person once their friend has stopped dating them. It’s very predatory.

I hope Pleng gets the confidence to confront all the BS from Wan's mom and Ek
That situation will Ek will unfortunately reveal the trauma that she's kept to herself and coped with on her own for the last 13 years, but Wan will be by her side to help her through it.
I really hope so because she’s had zero confidence all series. The only other show where one of the characters had such low self-confidence was MMDIY and Wan. And that whole series drove me crazy. Pleng really needs to realise that she’s strong and she has the chance many never get, so she needs to stand up even if it hurts her.
@@seeara3824 Initially there will definitely be a lot of pain and tears, particularly after Wan decides to leave her after Pleng chooses not to believe her after Wan's mother's extremely misguided exposé which will absolutely destroy Pleng, so EP7 will be very rocky and there's going to be a real tsunami of emotions and heartache.
I'll be honest, there are some fans of the show, who are really glad they read the novel 1st, so at least they're ready for what's coming up in the last 2 Eps, coz there's quite a few, including myself, who were shocked by what Wan's mother is going to say in EP7. It was actually very unexpected, and some plot twist by Chao Planoy!! And I know people who like myself are fully expecting those who haven't read the novel to be screaming / crying at the turn of events and the devastation this will cause to Wan + Pleng's relationship. Becoz, Pleng's decision on the issue will also take a huge toll on Wan.
But Pleng will bounce back and she'll fight to get Wan back, coz in the novel, she says this to Wan's mother after Wan's disappearance in chapter 35, the 2nd last chapter:
"To me, she is the most precious thing. I don't care about societal norms. Earlier, I had the same thoughts as you...... But you know what? If that's what it takes to bring her back... I will do it."
"I really don't care if hell awaits us. I am ready to enter it." That's how she felt when we were confronting Eak on her birthday. Nothing could come between us. I had already lost enough, and I wasn't prepared to lose anymore. Especially not her.
I think you've read some of the spoilers I've shared, but I've always refrained from sharing this particular one coz it's the biggest one from the novel, no matter how many times I've been asked the last 2 wks coz it's near the ending and I wanted to be considerate to the people who didn't want any spoilers. If I'm going to share this I was only going to share it at the right time, tagged again of course. If you want to know..... I've shared some info that will also provide some background + context to EP7 and what is going to unfold if you want to read it. At this point, in this stage of this series, it always has to be Wan's mom who for me, is pretty much "THE FINAL BOSS". One who I ABSOLUTELY HATE her with every fiber of my being 😒 but no matter what kind of hokey bullshit you're trying to pull on both Wan and Pleng, they will always find a way back together. Also, i'm not ready for this series to end and I might have to wait another 13 years for epsiode 7 and another 13 years for the 8th and final episode. Fridays can't come soon enough but also at the same time, my Fridays will never be the same once this series ends 😢

The storyline with Frank was written into the series becoz it wasn't in the novel. Also, Wan said this to Pleng in the novel when they were in bed after the ordeal with Ek which is where he showed up with the gun, "If you hadn't come back, there would be the next Pleng, and the next, and the next....." This was in the same conversation just before she told Pleng abt her one night stand with Khun Nueng.
So I wonder if she wld really want to be with a man. I personally read this to mean she liked women because she also said this to Pleng in that same conversation after they talked abt Khun Nueng, "I've always been in love with you. You know. We just never had sex because so much happened. If we hadn't separated at 17, we would be together and I wouldn't have gotten married. I wouldn't have had to prove to myself what I liked and what I didn't like."
The last few chapters of the novel were really painful for both Wan and Pleng. Wan was so hurt that she felt she needed to leave and Pleng was frantic and in so much pain when she read Wan's gut wrenching letter. It's going to be a rocky and painful EP7 and probably some of EP8...... but Pleng will fight hard for their love.

I think Wan falling inlove with Pleng since they were young is the beginning of her discovering what she truly is. She is contented with just having Pleng, she is not ready to open up to any one, her heart already knows what it loves. The conflicting decisions only started because of the "expectations" from society/family - when they will eventually have to get married and that they have to find a suitable man. But finding love is not like this. You will feel the love towards a person as a whole.
When Wan said to Pleng at the condo after they meet Ek at the lobby for the first time, "Maybe I was born to love only you, no matter what you are like." That is the indication that Wan already knew it will only be Pleng. Her heart already know and felt the love eversince.

Wan also said something similar to her mother about finding the person she loves who will love her back and that she's always known who this person is, Pleng, she just never mentioned Pleng's name in that scene. This tho, is also the reason why Wan will choose to leave Pleng in EP7 after the bomb of a very misguided expose Wan's mum throws out that will rock and seriously test their relationship. Again, not wanting to share such a big spoiler/plot twist without tagging it coz I don't want to spoil it for people who don't want to know too much.
Not sure if you saw my spoiler tag comment under the video short preview where Wan's mum slaps her after she tells her that Pleng and her are a couple. I finally shared what the big plot twist is (well relevance to that preview was the reason) and also abt why EP7 is going to be very rough. If you want to know more, you can go and read it. It gives some background/info/context for what's to come.

Got criticised for what I wrote in that spoiler, but I was just being completely honest. You shld see the number of comments by other fans on TikTok who have read the novel saying that they are so glad to have read the novel otherwise they wldn't be able to preserve their sanity for what's coming in the last 2 EPs and there are many others who are saying they are waiting for those who haven't read the novel to start crying and screaming..... because we know how painful this EP is going to be and probably some of EP8. Some of them said they had to stop reading after Wan's mother's exposé coz it was such a shock and they knew after that, it was just going to be a whole lot of pain, before the ending and they need to take a break from the novel to process it and decide if they continue reading or not/or before they were ready to read more. I've watched people reacting to the series on YT and they were screaming in EP4, can you imagine what it's going to be like in EP7 with 3 plot twists???
The scene with Frank was not in the novel, and what Frank is trying to say with Wan Will not gonna happen! PLENG and WAN will find their way to be together! episode 7 will gonna 💔💔💔 us all tho!

My comment regarding Frank is merely to state that Wan had already made it clear that Pleng was the only one for her and she had in some way told Pleng that she liked women, so even if hypothetically, she didn't end up with Pleng, wld she really choose a man?
