That is a "Ringing Percy in Tekoro" from plarail released in 2015 which is un-motorized and freewheel. When you move it on the rails it makes a ringbell sound. There are also version of Thomas and James.

I have just thought of a way to make your tomy trains even better Considering they are mini props . How about a automatic coupling system . Maybe try magnets . So it makes the operation more realistic to real trains and less hand involvement in the couplers … try it ❤
Now that I think about it, that is absolutely genius as the people who do recreations of the show has made the engine go to the Rolling stock and cuts to the engine coupled with it makes it look less realistic and that idea he maybe would do, maybe won't Can't get enough of how I didn't think of magnets before though
