Like paint, it's also basic and effective formulation. There's another Cement based Dry putty, if you have tried, can also make a video. One quick & tested putty formula for you guys.. 1 part each calcium carbonate & zinc oxide, around 1.5-2 parts good quality varnish.. Mix very well to get paint like consistency.. Finally add water gradually and mix well. Immediately upon adding water mixture will get thick like putty. It's the best I found for indoor.

Can you please tell me if there's seepage then what kind of paint can stop it at least for a short period of time? We live in flats and there's seepage on walls and ceiling of washroom while the people living above are not ready to do anything in their washroom to solve the issue. Now, I'm thinking about putting white cement, putty, or any kind of paint that could stop the seepage, if not permanently then at least for a short period of time. Can you please guide me in this regard?

you can not treat seepage until you need to find core issue, see where from water is pentreate after that you can fix these issues,
