It's crazy how underscores has mastered this super-distorted sound without it being screechy. I was absolutely _blasting_ this album and, no matter how overblown things got, it was never unpleasantly harsh.
@@Ambynt Well, underscores is part of FROMTHEHEART so that makes sense. It also reminds me of Shamana even though it's a completely different genre. For instance check out his songs Carhartt, Yop (rework), Saint Lauren w/Amai, and others if you like those. Carhartt might be listed under a different name though, because I think he posted it on his second account. It should still come up with a search though. Reminds me of the screwed and chopped days. It's only really worth listening to on decent speakers or headphones though.
Could be wrong but wouldn't be surprised if there's some analog guitar fx pedals or tube amp overdrive involved. Reminds me a bit of the grungy mixing of LVL UP, Pity Sex, Yuck, but using more electronic sounds

I'm guessing one song is gonna get mega popular like MIDWESTEMO2 or BiG KIDS, but any track on the album could pop off and then the rest will go with it. All of them are so good. I hope they put out another one. Honestly the best music of 2021 along with this album. My favorite of this album is Del Mar County Fair 2008.
