When I was in high school, I was walking out of the bathroom. As I made my way past the guy’s bathroom, a coach was walking out of it, looking very tired and unfazed all while he said, “I don’t care, just put it out.”

U can try gukka stickers if u need reccomendation:))) i also like sleeping with teddies, and it helps to say good nigt to loved ones and remind yourself how you sre surrounded by love and that you are safe . 🖤 everything will be ok, you got this. one day at a time 🫶✨
