I was impressed with the kitchen area because its natural and unique but holy shit the bathtub just came out of nowhere and it works and stays hidden when not needed

Love it - quirky and functional! Let me give you a BIG TIP that might save you a problem down the road - at 3:24 you describe the opening gas strut/shocks - they're fitted upside down. You can easily pop them off and turn them round and its worth doing - if they stay the way you have them the seals will dry out and they'll leak and fail. Flip them and when they're closed the seals remain moist and functional. Wee thing, but worth being aware of - they ALWAYS fail when you need them! Happy motoring!
A really well thought out home. When you have a place to wash, eat, sleep and poop, (even though you didn't show a toilet you have room) then it's a win-win.
A Renaissance man of many skills. The van build incorporates so many features beyond any average build with functional luxuries. The kitchen, bathtub, side patio, fire stove, ceiling height, tailgate, cargo capacity, wood finishes and off the grid capabilities. All done within budget pure genius.
Since the 80's I've been very interested in small space living, having studied designs, architects and self builds from across the globe, amassing a sizable library along the way. At first sight of the interior I realised that I was seeing what I considered to be 'The Most Perfect Travel Cabin'! Whilst that is such an immensely broad spectrum depending on whom you ask, for me, this was it, even before I saw the slide out, glazed kitchen and sunken bath/storage locker or realised that the Snow Mobile travelled inside the travel cabin! Without doubt, the interior is beautiful, functional, ergonomic, and has the life support systems necessary for wintery living conditions. But the beauty is stunning, and despite the superb details, fantastic use of space, exquisite craftsmanship and more, the beauty just captures me and I can't escape it's pull. I have never seen a travel cabin so perfect in its ability to live in and with nature, the kitchen slide out, stove deck and clam shell deck positively invite nature inside whilst allowing the crew the very best of both worlds, that of living inside and outside to the fullest, appreciating the weather! The ludicrous glitz-mobiles offered at mind boggling prices have nothing on the perfection of this hand crafted masterpiece. By stating the prices of different components, the builder get's across that it's affordable to put something together oneself, to learn as you go, and that others too see your project in a positive light. The Fuso is en excellent chassis to build on, and about the only thing I would change on this is to install the instantaneous hot watet heater of the similar type, but which has the exterior flue fitting. Thank you for this video on a truly exceptional travel cabin that lives in perfect harmony with its surroundings and weather. I find it to be elegantly simple and simply elegant!

this is great, I like how he actually gives insight on how to do each item on the rig list with a ballpark price and reason.. who dislikes this video? They must not like the rust!
Ok I say this every time I see the most amazing build but yours is as of today “the most amazing build I’ve seen so far!” The pull out kitchen was the shit but then you got the bathtub and I was sold . Now I’m always saying if ya can’t wash yer ass while living in a vehicle then ya not really living. You got the option to hose yourself down but shit you could boil water and actually soak in a tub and with the wall open and enjoy nature. And the topping on this ferocious beast is a wood stove. Thats an awesome built! The Shocks @3:30 are mounted upside down! You should change it because of the oil lubrication of the seals. Otherwise you will have to buy new ones.
Wow! I am blown away by the creativity. In case you forgot your keys! That would be me, climbing through the trap door! Love how you modify as you go and use what you have and make it work.
