In all seriousness though, the movie makes 0 sense. Kai is literally a spiritual being and he was quite literally destroyed from existence. Him being back makes 0 sense. He would still win no diff though.
he didn't get completely destroyed. his chi got scattered and his spiritual essence was still intact. you could even see he turned kind of into a normal yak and all masters were gone from his belt.
After watching the movie, there’s absolutely no way kai would would lose, The chameleon said herself she can appear like a master but dont know their technique until she has absorbed their chi, In a 1v1 without kai getting spawn trap, Kai would one tap this fodder no diff lmao
More than that the Kai we see in KFP4 is far weaker than the one we see in KFP3. The one in the third movie had collected the chi from all masters in the spirit realm including Oogway. This Kai however had none of that and would have been even weaker than the one Oogway fought years ago and keep in mind Oogway wasn't insanely powerful back then.

Kai DEFENETLY gets durability bro really tanked so many attacks from po in his dragon form while the chameleon only needed an good hit with the staff and it was defeated
BattleIQ goes to Kai and not a tie because Kai was banished to the spirit realm 500 years ago and has been training ever since until he was defeated by Po.

Kai didn't actually died in the spirit realm he's stolen powers just exploded then falls asleep in hours then woke up still in the spirit realm and realized he's stolen chi is all gone Now kai in kung fu panda 4 he's eyes are no longer green and gets weakened that's why chameleon dragged kai out of the spirit realm he didn't actually died in that realm he just got weakened
Or, maybe chameleon didn't really summon the masters, but more like their "spirits", which only had 20% of their powers. She only have to steal their techniques, not fight them, so i guess that could make sense
Dreamworks probably make kai lose like that easily because like shen and others they don’t have the voice actors, maybe having them back will be more expensive idk
