Was just wondering what would have been better for the dad over or under the string. She is very cute.

To the father...Love your baby as she is and with your steadfast love, support, nurturing, encouragement, acceptance, GUIDANCE, and LOVE, she will be a happy, secure, confident, content child who will return that love to her father 10 fold, especially when you grow old and need her help.

Also I thought my daughter was smart and above average at 2yrs, I took her out of daycare because she showed her learning potential, she was counting up to 100 and knew her alphabet, learning this through a wall at the daycare from the 5 yr old children. Reading on a 2nd grade level in kindergarten, top in her class at graduation, WHO’S WHO and a full ride to Preston University. WE SEE WANT WE SEE IN OUR CHILDREN, never looking for the outside to validate us.

I think your daughter should have done it without prompting, like immediately. That’s not special but I don’t want to dull your shine.

Google screen time for babies & toddlers. Hopefully your 2 year-old daughter’s screen time is limited to only 1 hour a day, & it should be high quality educational programs.

Don't be too proud. Most toddlers her age would have figured it out. Is she reading? Is she doing math? Can she swim? Play the piano? Do gymnastics? These are things above average 2-year-olds do.

Are you a professional, my grandson in elementary school took an IQ test and he was asked to draw, there were two blank pages and he chose to use both for his picture. That set him above all the children in the school as exceptional. Should I not be proud of his thought process to use everything that was available, considering the picture was drawn centered both pages.

My nephew knew the alphabet at 15 months, taught himself and then if that wasn’t enough, taught himself to read.

Don't be too proud" at this stage??????? Seriously, Debbie Downer? Oh so superior one. Can she do this, can she do that, can she blah, blah, blah of which, most children at this stage cannot do!!! If she can"t then... "don't be too proud". Wow! I urge this father to be as proud as he is, wants to be, and more. He is loving, supporting, encouraging, and nurturing his tiny child, who is still a baby, and he is and should be PROUD of her. Those are the things she needs the most from her loving father.
