Thank you very much for making these, your tutelage is amazing and I'm sure everyone who has seen these videos is very grateful. I will be recommending them to my chemical pathology trainee colleagues here in Scotland.
I was curious if you could answer why for LoQ you say CV can be 50% of TAE but then in the subsequent slide you say that within-run CV can be 25% and between-run CV can be 33%. Would it not be acceptable to get any combination of these values provided that the square root of the sum of their squares (i.e. total CV) remains 50%?

About CV of 50 % of TAE will be in case of assumption of 0 % bias
Between CV 33% we can apply for between run and keep remaining 34 % for bias...
I agree with you in doing square root of sum of squares to within run and between run . it will be total standard deviation.. but can not keep it to 50% as we have to keep space for bias also

I have old instrument Atomic Absorpance shimadzu 6800.How I can determine LOD of metals. I know Rang of standars.
