Christophe, if you can help me get my hands on a bottle of Amber Absolute again I will cherish it forever 😅 - I used to have a full bottle back on the day but need it in my collection just one more time, incredible juice. Best wishes 👍🏻

Excellent! Thank you for the positive influence and intriguing interview, good sirs. Regarding intellectual property, perfumers should be protected just like an artist or musician.
Do you think short term patent could be plausible? Similar to medications in the United States which I believe have a seven-year protected status. For instance if the perfumer combines notes in a fashion that's never been done before maybe there could be a 5 to 10 year window where the formula is protected (as a whole instead of on a note by note basis). In a metaphor, an artist should not be able to copyright combining blue and red; a musician can't trademark a 1-4-5 progression, however if someone else paints a Mona Lisa replica or plagiarizes Under Pressure, the artist should get royalties and independent 3rd party protection.
