These greeks came from thessaloniki, corfu, ionannina, crete and some from macedonia, there are a lot of their descendants in Sinaloa and Guadalajara. Of course there are also spanish derived sephardim who have a complexion similar to lebanese due to ancient roots from tel meggido, yes that meggido! Northern Israelite derived jews tend to be a lot lighter in complexion. I'm still doing more research and uncovered that a group made an estimate that 100 million mexicans have some sort of levantine ancestry, since there are actually arabic speaking lebanese, christians and cypriots who also arrived to mexico.
