The missed seam on this run: Black Market, 2nd floor. Potential Infinity: Blank Card 2 of diamonds and an item shop that has a reroll machine. It was there... YOU EGG.
NL, consider Cursed Eye as the Lost. Its only negative is when you get hit, and if you get hit as Lost, you're dead. It's a good item if you remove the negative.
+Voltaire look.. Stand next to a mirror, and if you see something pearl-colored and oval, then you need to seriously start looking harded for tinted rocks.
There should be an item that sacrifices health for time or teleports you to boss rush even after the 20 min mark. The teleport item would only appear after mom's foot. Could even do boss rush twice. It would be rare, though.
I don't understand why people don't like crooked/omega penny. It's basically a 50% chance free item when you pick up a passive, and if theres a battery then we can watch NL at the casino.

This response is very late but NL extra fingers don't hurt. At least mine had no nerves in it so it didn't hurt and it was removed very early in life so I don't remember how it feels. 🤷♂️
