@@kiruthika1477 wall color is people’s preference. Apartment will have default wall colors. You need to do some work to make it in your likes. Also you have luxury and pricey apartments in Chennai. All you need is money
My auntie house also in metrozone.. my favorite spot in that house is master bedroom with balcony.. kitchen extension idea also I implemented in my own house.. that is not new to India..it's old concept only

No no , you didn’t over think regarding plastic cans . True to get cancer Washing area concept in the kitchen side has been in Chennai atleast for 20 years . I don’t like the washing area entrance to be from the kitchen. It should have a separate entrance. FYI - there are dishwashers available in Chennai too.atleast for 10!years or slightly less. Since you didn’t know the wash area concept beside the kitchen I shared this info .
