Press ‘PHONE’ and then keep pressing ‘MENU’ till it reads ‘DEL DEVICE’
@jrzyleomc when i press delete phone it says "no phone" even though it still keeps saying bluetooth list full.

Hi mate hope you can help. My ford wont even show up on my iPhone but I’ve tried everything. Doesn’t make any sense coz it’s literally not showing up. Any ideas why it wouldn’t show in the list? If defo works coz other phone can connect. Cheers mate :)

My connection doesn’t always work usually on incoming calls.
Also how do you make a call and how do you answer a call? If it is to use the Phone button that doesn’t work either.

Hi John if you mean save presets. Just seach for your radio channel then hold for example no 1 then this will save as preset 1 and so on.

Hi when you push menu to "add device" push up or down arrow to, so it reads "remove device" then just pick one to remove.

Mind you, the cars engine must be turned ON in order to pair a phone.
I'm having issues with my 18plate. It connects fine and I can make and recieve calls and use it for music. But whenever I call out it doesn't make a sound. (No ringing) so I don't actually know whether it's calling or not until the other person picks up? Anyone else had this issue?
Edit* only does it with my work iPhone. My Samsung works fine. Tried looking at all of my settings on the iPhone but I can't find anything that could be causing it
