It gets even crazier once you realized that the central core of that city that Ziggurat had was powered by a beyblade called Twisted Tempo. This beyblade was manufactured from data of both LDrago AND Pegasus (the Bey wielded by Gingka) and keep in mind that it can freely distort, rewind and manipulate time and space. Ryuga disrupted Tempo's ability ON ACCIDENT, as he never purposefully shot for the core.
Oh and hand-spinning the IRL version of Meteo L-Drago does work like the anime version where if it's hit, it spins faster and matches the opponent's rotation.
